We put Teri through the ringer. Best way to describe Teri is friendly, professional, with patience of job- with little patience for those not serving her clients & is willing to fight on behalf of her clients. On our contracted property, the appraiser would not finish the appraisal & we were going to miss our closing date. While the bank shrugged saying there was nothing they could do, Teri tracked down the supervisor and then tracked down the actual appraiser. She kept on him until he submitted the appraisal. Our deal went through, definitely thanks to her! She never questioned us—just provided advice and kept on going with our best interest in mind!
